• Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

• Customers must contact us at info@rootedwear.com before sending any item back.

• Discounted/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚚 Shipping for Returns

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service for your return.
